We operate to a 1-2 hour service time. To operate within regulations & guidelines, to ensure your carvery does not go cold we carve straight into ban maries. But prefer wherever possible to carve straight into your chosen roll.
All our meat is cooked onsite with no precooking.
We will not takeaway any left over food, all will be placed in bowls (provided by yourselves) for your guests to enjoy for the rest of your event.
Yes you can. We take whatever the British weather throws at us. The roaster has to stay out, but your guests can be dry and cosy, as we will serve inside on tables in your chosen area.
We can provide a carvery or BBQ for 30 to 500 guests in one serving.
We pride ourselves on our 5star rating and are very conscientious of cleanliness, as far as humanly possible when cooking against mother nature in the outdoors.
No, we have the capability to provide everything all our equipment requires. No terrain is impossible.
No problem, we can cook beef venison, turkey, chicken, lamb & vegetarian – just let us know.
There will always be two chefs onsite, along with however many servers to make your function run smoothly.
Our gazebo is 4 x 4 meters. That’s all we need.
Our service time for a hog is 2 hours. We can serve for longer when using joints as we can stagger the start time of cooking.
Ah now that’s a relinquish Rogers recipe secret, but we can say that we start with the best well fed top quality meat. We do have a few tricks up our sleeves which just give that little extra supremacy.
We regularly travel within Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire with no extra charge. We don’t see distance as an issue, give us a call to discuss.
No problem. We have our own gazebo to cook in and are not freighted of getting a little wet. We can take the cooked food indoors as not to inconvenience your guests.
